Nothing is sold on this website

This is an informational site. There is no basket, no checkout and no payment facility. Stock is displayed so that you can see what is available and start a conversation.

Everything shown is an invitation to treat, not an offer capable of acceptance. No contract comes into existence by your viewing the site or sending an enquiry. A contract is formed only when we have agreed terms with you directly and confirmed them in writing.

Because nothing is sold here, there is no returns or refund policy on this site. Your rights in any actual transaction are set out in the terms agreed for that transaction, and are not affected by these website terms.

Stock, prices and descriptions

  • All stock is subject to availability. A watch shown here may be reserved or sold before you contact us.
  • Prices are in pounds sterling and are correct at the time of listing. This is a market that moves; prices may change without notice and we are not bound by a price shown here.
  • Prices shown include VAT under the margin scheme for second-hand goods where it applies. VAT is not separately recoverable on a margin-scheme sale. We will confirm the position for any specific piece before you commit.
  • We describe every piece as accurately as we can, and each one is inspected in hand before it is offered. Photographs are illustrative; condition, patina and colour can read differently on a screen. The piece itself, seen at a viewing or described in the written terms of sale, is what governs.

Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice, and nothing here should be read as a prediction that any watch will hold or increase in value. Watches are goods, not regulated investments. If you are buying with an eye to resale value, take your own independent advice.

JB Jewellers is an independent dealer. We are not affiliated with, an agent of, or an authorised dealer for Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Richard Mille or any other manufacturer.

Manufacturer names, model names, reference numbers and logos are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used here purely to identify the goods we deal in. No endorsement, sponsorship or association is claimed or implied. Any manufacturer imagery is the property of that manufacturer.

The rest of this site — its design, layout, text and the JB Jewellers name and marks — belongs to us. You may view it and print or download extracts for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
